Need HELP with Matrox RR Studio !!!

There are several problems with my Matrox RR Studio .

    1. Not all connectors on snap-on card have corresponded to connectors on
graphic card. I realize, that some additional pins are only for Mystique
card, but connectors group on the front is also in the "air". So there are
only two large side connectors is in contact.
Does it cause any problem ???

    2. Installing drivers for RR studio for the Windows NT cause to "blue screen
    of death" upon reboot.
What should I check to resolve this ?

    Thanks in advance.

What graphics card are you trying to connect it to ?

Matrox did put out some VT's for the RR-S under NT4 back in '98, but concencus was that they wuz crap.

I've got Matrox Millennium graphic card and add-on for it RR studio.
It actually works under WIndows 98, but very unstable. My goal is pu it to work under NT 4.0. Well, for the time beeing it shows "blue scren of death" just after I am looged in (.
What should I check ( ajust ) to put this card to work ?
      Thanks.

It's a shame that I lost a load of site history, because I could have quoted you the whole saga. Anyway, the outcome is that NT4 was never high on Matrox plans for the RR-S. In fact the RR-G is only slightly better.

I don't have an RR-S around to test any more, but you can read my initial experiences with it (and a Mystique220) under W95 in most of the Idiots Guides at the home site (www.desktopvideoworld.co.uk)
