    Playing mjpeg video without RR

I have the Marvel G400-TV in my home system. I have captured video using PC-VCR in mjpeg format. I have a Millenium PCI card without the rainbowrunner in my system at work. I want to continue editing a video at work that I am currently working on at home. Problem is when I load the project in Mediastudio 6 at work I get the error message that the video codec in the project settings can not be found. Also, when I try to preview the movie in the properties window it says that the VIDSMB1 is not available.

I realize that if I had the RainbowRunner installed along with the videotools for it, I wouldn't have this problem. I am hoping that I can simply transfer the codec from my home system to my work system since I have a MAtrox card in it.

Is this possible? Is there any other way?

    Thank you.

Install a SW MJPEG codec like Morgan or PicVideo. You will have to register it as the codec for use with the MJPEG files. Check out this page for details on how to do it. It is easy, so don't worry. PicVideo looks better in most peoples opinions, but Morgan is free, so take your pick. Morgan also works pretty good on older systems as well.

Morgan normally have a 30 day try out period after that it's US$25 to register.
