tmpgenc audio problems

Does anyone else have problems with tmpgenc (any version) dropping audio about 2 mins into an encode when its pulling info direct from an OpenDML AVI? I had a bit of a dig at the tmpgenc support, but found no reference. Only way I solve it is by frameserving from Virtualdub etc.

I am using MSP6.0 to edit video and the Ulead32.ini file contains this setting, no problems with any TmpgEnc:
