Does anyone how to create a strobe effect that flashes between 2 video clips very quick, like every 15 or 30 frames. For example, I have vid 1 and vid 2, vid 1 is playing, then cuts to vid 2 for a second, back to vid 1, then back vid 2, and on on on.
Premiere has this feature, however, it is very quarky with my G400-TV. I use MS Pro 6 and open to trying other software.
Hopefully someone knows how to do this..
