Purple screen on w2k beta video-tools

Hi all,

I just installed the new w2k-beta VT and PD. Now, when i change channels or adjust volume, i get a purple screen (i think this was ment to be a 'on-srceen' display) that is not centered in my video-window (moved a little up and left). It is black text on purple background showing channel info and volume info and so on. It shows for about 2 seconds and is very irritating me when i change channels. How can i fix this 'bug'?

What desktop colour depth are you using ?

Did you remove the old drivers before installing the new ones ?

I use my Marvel G-200 at 1024x768@True color (32-bit) and i previously did not install any Matrox drivers (PD or VT) in win2k.

Do you get the purple screen at 16bit desktop colour depth as well ?

I changed my color-depth to 16-bit, and now it works great! Thanx for the tip!!
