g200Marvel & W2K beta drivers

Here I post again... Is this problem familiar to anyone? I start the new new beta vid tools and it runs OK except that CPU usage goes to 100%. Vid tools then proceeds to grab all available memory until it uses it all and hangs vid tools and W2k. Tried complete uninstal of any Matrox reg entries and files, then reinstalled beta drivers and vid tools, no change... Anyone else seen this issue?

Got the same problem, but only the first time I've started the vid tools....
I've rebooted and then it worked...

Lucky you. Any ideas what the problem was? Did you have any non-native services running the first time you tired vid tools (like Norton Anti-virus or such?
