Best TV tuner

Heya guys, long time no see.
I just dropped by asking for a friend what is the best TV tuner (for USA cable TV)? Hauppage WinTV? It has to be just a TV tuner, that's all he needs....or maybe a combo with a graphic card, as he needs a new graphic card too.

I think Hauppagge winTV is the business. The 'off air' picture quality is far superior to my G200 marvel. So i guess it has a more sensitive tuner or something. (yes i have setup the corect frequencies for the Marvel in the registry)

Dont know how good winTV is for US cable though. But goodness its sooo cheap.
