Best way to play SVCD's?

Anyone know the best way to play SVCD's through my G450 etv? I had to download 'VideoLAN' to play my SVCD's because through windows media player I would get a "format not recognized" and PCVCR hung up when I tried as well. Unfortunately, through VideoLAN, the program won't DVD-MAX onto my TV out.... any suggestions on the best way of watching my SVCDs?

try WinDVD (which I prefer) or PowerDVD

I can get playback w/ WinDVD, however on the TV screen it only apprear half the size. Very strange indeed. Are you using a G450 etv as well?

enable 'preserve source cropping' in dvd max properties to fix that issue.
