Many of the service packs are also available on free cover disks on mags. Anyway, if there is a bug that needs correcting, it should be available to ALL users.

Got an idea: how about suggesting to our beloved Bill that he run for President. Not even he could screw things up more than they already are and he wouldn't have time to bugger up us non-Americans with his brilliant (?) software ideas.
