    trim

I just captured some video in MJPEG.
its fine, (I stopped and started it ever 10 min).
I wanted to trim off the ends.
I went to VirtualDUB and set a range.
Then, I setup video and audio to Direct Stream.
When I try to play the new file, its very choppy.
    what am I doing wrong?

I've seen this in VirtualDUB with Matrox files before. It happens with both direct stream copies and full processing. That's why I do my cuts in MSPro.

I just noticed that I dont have the problem when I try to play it in w98. in w2k, it only happens sometimes.

      what is MSPro?
Ulead Media Studio? the one that comes with the marvel?
