Desparate Help with Audio

I am a very frustrated user of a Matrox G400 Marvel trying to capture under XP. I can capture video footage alright but can not for the life of me get sound. I have followed the instructions for connecting the BOB to the Creative Soundblaster 16 pci as specified by Matrox i.e. audio out to line in and Audio in + speakers to the speaker connector, doubled check the settings ie. rec set to line in and nothing no sound. I am using virtualdub and I get no sound not even by previewing the video first. Please help.....

By installing PC-VCR and running it at the first time I experienced that the sound card Line input is disabled.
I'm using a TB-SC card but it could be the same in other sound cards.

have you checked your audio/sound settings...they sometimes turn off by default after installs.
