    Great, instead of 1/3 of my hometown unemployed it will be about half of them. :\

      Yow! We've got an Intel fab plant about 10 miles from here in Massachusetts that makes P4's. I'm sure it won't just be Oregon, TnT...

        I'm sure of that, it's just that we have 5 Intel labs in the area and maybe 10 other companies there too. Those other companies have already laid off a crap load of people. I'm pretty sure when the economy picks up again things will be fine, because it's a well planned suburb and a lot of infrastructure. Just at the moment things don't look too good.
