Fine Tuner Util for RRG ???

I saw a listing for a utility that let you
do the fine tuning on RRG card, But now I can't find it when I need it... Any Ideas?
My RRG is getting it's signal from a Sat tuner Box. But it looks as if it's slightly
off channel. If I feed the same signal into
the VCR & then back into the RRG the signal is just perfect. Tried all the standard trouble shooting procedures (turned off VCR)
so on so forth.. Thanks for any ideas
