Unfortunately, once you've logged-in, the download link is the 1.2 patch, not the 1.3.

By the way, I tried the link and it routed me to the 1.2 update.

I contacted Ulead's IT guy about it and he advises it'll probably take until Tuesday morning to get it fixed.

I was quite keen to try it, as 1.2 crashes every time I try to create a disc image. Although strangely, my almost identical second PC with all the same files works just fine
