In a way...
...but if you take a look at this review below...
...you'll notice that the interface is almost *exactly* like Sonic Foundry's Vegas Video.
Obviously, there's a relationship there somewhere.

Gee the review clealy states its based on Vegas Video technology.
Perhaps this is the start of the cash raising sell-off.
Seems pretty much like their low end Video Factory.
