Microsoft Windows 98 - Latest Windows Media Encoder

I'm trying to use this new encoder (V7) to convert a MJPEG file captured via my Marvel G400-TV card from my Digital DV camera but have had no luck. I've tried various output formats but keep getting message saying that Input frame rate is out of range (1-25). Has anyone had same problem and/or have manage to use this product successfully.

Unfortunately Hardware-Mjpeg codec aren't supported by the encoder.
Convert yuor video, using first a Mjpeg software-codec (Picvideo works), and then convert this file with Windows Media Encoder 7.
