Error with Power Patch2. Video Editor Shuts down

I have MSP 6.5 and have installed all the patches up to power patch2 (in order)
Video editor works just fine.
However after I install power patch 2, I am able to load Video Editor but as soon as I click on either import video or audio file the program just shuts down. I don’t even get to the pop up file dialog box.
Any one got any ideas.
I would love to hear them.
