Composite - Tuner Adapter?

Is there such a thing? A friend of mine lend me his TV, but its a real old thing (big and heavy, too), and after heaving it up the stairs i noticed that it has neither composite nor a scart in , only connector on the back is for the TV cable. No connectors on the front either

Is there any way to connect my PC to that monster?

Use an old video that has TV out. Or get/make a composite RF converter, RF modulators can be bought quite cheap if you are handy with a soldering iron.

I got one, but I cant get it to work. Im trying to use it as a second monitor for my AIW 8500DV. Does anyone have experience with those things?

You don't have to engineer anything. You can get a ready-made RF converter from your local electronics dept. If I read your needs correctly, it would be the same gizmo you use to connect a DVD player to those tvs that don't have composite in. It has composite inputs, and a cable input and output, and *MAY* provide some signal amplification as well. They're not terribly expensive.
