Rainbow Runner for Mystique 220

I have the opportunity to buy a Rainbow Runner capture card, new in the retail box, for $5. What should my expectations be with this card? I'm planning on installing my Mystique220 and the RRS card into a Celeron 566 pc w/512MB RAM and a few ATA 100 drives running Win98SE. Any chance of being able to record at full NTSC resolution? How about dropped frames?
