Rt2500 - Analog Capture in PAL

Try as I might, I am not able to set video capture settings to 720 x 576 PAL, it always shows up as 720 x 480 NTSC

Tried fresh XP image, and reinstalled all - Prem 6, tools 3.1b, Prem 6.5. No luck.

Anyone know how?
