    NON-beta PC-VCR for Win2K

    Does anyone know when Matrox will release PC-VCR in a NON-beta (fully operational) version?

    Can anyone suggest a good alternative?

      last night I played around with Adobe Premiere. I downloaded the premiere RR presets from the idiots_guide web site. Setting up a capture in Premiere, it seems as though the program can hook into all the features of the dll etc.

      I may be wrong in this, but it certainly seemed to work. I captured a full 30sec clip at 29.97, full res, audio & video, with highest quality, and lowest compression.

      Aside from a few dropped frames, everything functioned.

      Capture Drives (for now): IBM 36LZX 9.1, Quantum Atlas 10KII 9.1 on Adaptec 29160
