Now that we have vfw drivers, I would love to get my TV viewing through a single card. Anyone tried dscaler or anything else with an RT.X10 or 100?

I use a cable box passed through a tape deck
With the VfW drivers installed and the VCR set to passthrough about any analog capture tool (AVI_IO in particular) becomes TV. Just set it to channel 3 and flip the cable box remote to change channels.
Set the codec up to DV/DVCAM first and you can capture editable footage for the RT.X100.

What I'm really looking for is de-interlacing with video scaling. Something like the pcvcr app or dscaler. I'll be running off a digital cable box so no tuning necessary.Comment
