RRG+G400 MAX Capture Problem

I have the G400Max+RRG, I have this problem under win98 SE: I can capture video just using rgb modes, when I use MJPEG it shows 0 frame captured and the video has just the audio with no video (green screen).
I have the video tools 1.52.033, and I have tried with the latest win98 drivers and also with the 5.41.008.
I have the same problem under win2k using the latest video tools and display beta drivers.
I have the gigabyte 6vx-4x mainboard, and with my old MSI 6199VA all worked fine under win98.
Can someone help me? Thanks a lot.
