Marvel G400 Audio out of Sync

I am using Adis's Matrox Video Tools 3.02 on Windows XP SP1 using MJPEG @352 x 240 in SP mode and audio sample rate of 44K. The audio in the recorded AVI graduately gets out of sync toward the later part of the clip. Has anyone encountered the same problem or has any idea on the cause of this? Thanks for the help.

If you use Matrox PC-VCR Remote it is not the best solution.
Adis (author of this Video Tools) recommended on his site to use AVI_IO instead of it

I'm using this tool and I gotta confirm-all problems go away.

It is shareware tho' but limitations are not too painfull.

Anyway I've bought this program as it is worth every cent spent.
