premeire pro frameserve

i'm trying to frameserve using premiere pro w/ plugin pack, but i can't get it to see it? any ideas?

Premiere 6.5 plugins do not work in Premiere Pro.
It seems that soon Videotools will update his videoserver.

do u know if premeire 6.5 supports ac3 if i frame serve to another encoder?

No, I think it doesn't.
But you can export 5 audio timelines separately (E.G. as wav) and then use a separate encoder, like the old SoftEncode, to do the job.
