PREMIERE 6 FINAL

I've just downloaded and installed it.
Only Quick Time 4 is missing, if you want install it too, put manually the directory called "QUICKTIM" into the root, obviously containing quick time 4 setup files (quicktimeinstaller.exe and quicktimeinstallecache.qdat)
