Premier Pro 1.5 + x100 problems

I rebuilt my system a short while ago and went to do some editting only to find that I can't edit any of effects with causing system slowdown.

Basically, the effects work fine (and in realtime), but if you open properties to modify them it takes approximately 1 minute between mouse clicks!

My system is not slow and all worked fine with Premier Pro before. Problem appears to of happened after the clean build.

Any help really appreciated.
