Does Matrox Marvel G400 have Transcript Capabilities?

I need to know if this card can transcript a tv show (from it's closed captioning)and save it to a file for later viewing.
I know the ATI video cards have this capabilites and I was hoping Matrox had it too. If it doesn't is there software I can use to make the G400 do this?

Yes, saving out the closed caption can be done from the bundled capture program in both the Marvel G400-TV and the G450-eTV.
