    Ulead users: Careful w/new P-card drivers....

    if you're running MSPro 7.3 or VideoStudio9. Not sure about previous versions, but this appears to be a Matrox issue.

    Using this driver caused my system to thrown a memory error when exiting either of the above programs;





    Reverting to the beta Dx9 drivers fixed the problem.

      People have been reporting similar errors with different apps on Matrox forum, go have a look.

      Perhaps if we provide some insigtful input this might be looked at (if one of both driver engineers can spare a moment).

          The fix Matrox sent me is to open the Matrox's POWERDESK utility, go to DESKTOP MANAGEMENT and un-check the box next to AUTOMATICALLY SAVE/RESTORE WINDOWS POSITIONS.
