    WMA Licencing

Is there a way to remove the DRM from a WMA file? Or just recover the licencing from the contents of a hard disk drive?

I just rebuilt a laptop and now none of the ripped music will play!

I have a copy of the original hard disk contents if that will help.

WMP keep a folders for storing and backing up the DRM licenses. You might need to recover the contents of those folders from the original hard drive.
    P.S. You've been Spanked!

      OK,

I had to rebuild the system from the backup I took. Then backup the licences, then clone the system back to the new build and restore the licences... pain in the arse.
