        They wouldn't have to. There's no reasonable belief that a legitimate offer to sell has been made. I'd never win in court because of that.

          In most of the US States you would. It's the responsibility of the seller to post a correct price, and if they don't they have to sell it at the posted price no matter how rediculous.

          Ex: a while back we went in to purchase some veterinary antibiotics for a fish tank. Normally the price was $15 for 24 tablets. The register rang it up as $0.02, which the store was obligated to honor. Doing otherwise would have been illegal.
