Capturing software question

I recently purchased a Studio 500-USB version 10 for capturing analog data (frame grabbing from various resources)
I know there are many better devices but my limited budget doesn't allow to look for anything better.
I am looking for any nice program which can be used for capturing video.
Any suggestion please?
Included in the set "Studio MediaSuite 10" is definitely too heavy. I am thinking about something smaller then 100MB
