a bug's life (video in bug) help needed

No it is back.
When I open a capture program (ie PC-VCR)the video stay at the top left of my screen, even if I move the window where it should stay. I knew this bug under win98 but I am now under w2k. I tried to install all the drivers available (using pduninstall before every try) but the bug is still here.
I haven't seen anybody with this bug but if you have an idea, please give it. The only solution I know is to format my disk !!!

The pictures I gave you was made when I had the same bug under windows 98.
The matter is the same under windows 2000...

Oups, I forgot to give you my hardware configuration :

Marvel G400, Abit BH6, Celeron II 566@850,
256 Mb.

About my bug, I think it has something to do with windows param (but I'm not sure).

OK, I finally solve the matter.
I don't really know how, but it's done.

If you meet the same problem, try to change dualhead options....
