    Anyone have a workaround for TMPGenc timelimit?

    The new TMPG 12f is out but was wondering if anyone have a workaround for TMPGenc 30 day Mpeg2 timelimit?

      Besides buying it and what Doc suggested, you can delete it's registry entry using regedit and it will give you another 30 days!

        Version 12a seems to work just dandy for me. Quite stable and all. Are their any quality and/or speed enhancements in later versions? Just wondering if their is any good reason to upgrade.

          editing the registry seems a good option; but I do not know under what parameters TMPG made changes in my registry. Can you specify?

            Try this one:

            HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{63902277-B101-4049-8B46-C24B67E155E5}

            Simply delete the entry and you should reset the 30 days. I would only do this if you need more time to test it as ultimately the programmer deserves to be paid for this great proggie.
