Hey, you can still hope for the next driver revision to finally fix that bug.
Or you could try to get the G400 PD5.52 drivers working on the G450 - perhaps making a driver-mix between a G450 driver and the 5.52 one.
But this is something for people with too much time on their hands - if it would work at all.
