could be a 2 edged sword, they are upgrading vista to XP, but logging it as a vista license.

In all these cases a PC is logged as a Vista sale and, in effect, is being sold with an unused option to upgrade to the newer operating system.

Could it mask the number of XP's ?, giving MS an excuse not to extend XP more...
