RMA Marvel Problems

I currently have a RMA for a 200Marvel PCI card waiting for 1 month now (since Aug30) with no indication of when I might recieve my replacement card.

Anyone else esperiencing similar problems and especially if you have knowlege of when the boards will be available.

Please email me with details of your RMA claim including all dates, contacts with Matrox and correspondence from them.

I think with your help, Matrox quality service kicked in and I received my replacement card express mail direct from the Matrox Store. A brand new product.
