    What does a balloon and a snake have in common? (NOT DIAL-UP FRIENDLY!)

    While shutting the water off at the meter to an apartment that had a broken water line I found this little guy stuck in the bottom of the meter pit:



    After releasing him at a park we discover this cool scene unfolding:
