I've seen pics of people building water towers that are as tall as they are.
A shower head fitted in the top sprinkles the water down, and some fans down the side (mounted in a simialr way to the bong cooler) blows cool air across it to chill the water.
Very effective, but the constant sound of running water makes you want to go to the loo every 5 mins or so
