Use eDuadHead software w/non Matrox videocards?

I own a G400Max and have been using the eDualHead software on it so far (where browsers span across two monitors) and I really enjoy the features.
I was wondering if it was possible to use the software on a multimonitor setup that isn't a dualhead card.
(ie, running a Herc KryoII & Matrox MilleniumII on Win2k using multimonitor setup)
Just asking to save me some time from taking everything apart. Thanks for your time.
