Just spent an hour pssing around with my network card after installing my new Epox 8hka motherboard. The network didn't work or so it seemed and yet it worked under win2k.
I'd forgotten one little detail and that I use netbeui to talk over the network and since windoze 98 had re-installed the network card it hadn't re-installed the protocol I needed. Stupid boy ain't I.
So far one crash against that however under 98 the wintv now has resumed working correctly and allows you to switch to full screen and change the resolution at the same time without hanging.
I'll keep my eyes scanned for data corruption and see if the one crash is due to windoze wanting re-installing.
