[HELP] [URGENT] Modem - Flash Hook problems

Hi all.
I've a huge problem, I cannot find a way to set the hook flash duration on a modem. The default timing is 500ms or more, wich is correct for USA but totally wrong for the rest of the world.

I need to set it down to 100 ms or less...HELP
