find the guide of IBM P201 help! thanks

i got an old IBM P201 in secondhand market,the all looks fine
but the sign in the adjust button was disappeared.so i don't
know how to adjust it,i tryed sometimes,but there are still two buttons i don't know ,i search for the guide and i failed .
So i hope someone can help me,and give me some advise how to
use IBM P201 and make it more efficiency

try this at ibm . If it doesn´t work, then try one of the pdfs under ibm-support2 .

They seem to go by product numbers there...
