In this day and age how can looking real be considered proof, especially on the internet. If this was a reputable site, we would have no reason to disbelieve. hehe... its probably real, details released from AMD say it has 2 memory controllers with an 8 bank design each...so two opterons with 8 mem slots is on the cards. Remember the opteron is the big server CPU, it should scale to at *least* 4 CPU's.
I think Opteron have a 16G per processor limit, so two opterons should be good for 32 Gig, and athlon(claw hammer) has 4 Gig per processor and is good for Two CPU configs.
AMD have canned duron and are moving athlon XP's to the value segment,...I think I may have a 64bit computer *a lot* sooner than I thought(AMD is on a roll)Comment
