Any experience with Asus A7A266-E motherboard?

does anyone have Asus A7A266-E motherboard with 6-channel onboard audio? How good is the sound quality compared to Sound Blaster Live! Player 5.1 or similar cards?
I was planning to get that motherboard, because it has an option to use either SDRAM or DDR memory.
