Fading Picture to Black in Premiere

Hi folks...

Does anyone know how to fade a movie to black using Adobe Premiere ? I have tried all transitions and they produce all kind of fancy things, however, what I want to do is just a simple linear fade out of the picture to black... How can I do that ?

BTW, it's my first time with Premiere so bear my ignorance...

Ah, nevermind guys, I got it... I used Cross Dissolve and got what I wanted for the video.

What I am wondering now is if there's a way to fade both video + audio at the same time without needing to fade out each one seperately... (I use Cross Dissolve to fade out the video and Rubber Bands to fade out the audio)

Oh well I got it figured so that's no problem now... I thought this was the right section cause it says "Discuss all non-Matrox Software".
