Disable Help & Support Center?

How do you permanently disable the Help & Support Center in XP?
Or at least stop the F1 key from triggering it?

Services.msc won't do it, F1 is not remappable, and it would be nice to avoid messing with WFP / HELPCTR.EXE permissions.

Perhaps a registry key?

Nevermind, found a workaround.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\App Paths\HELPCTR.EXE

Set (Default) equal to nothing.
