    AT&T cable here.

Seems to be unlimited on the download and uploads go through a coffee stirrer.

I can verify this for you. But it's a person stirring the coffee for your connection- any machine'd have to be faster.

1500/256 ADSL here, $60 a month. (Don't laugh those of you with the uber-dsl connections!) It's better than the 768/128 $50 I upgraded from a couple months back. I convinced the wife that if she ever wished to play UT online with me that this was a good idea, simply by letting her join in a few servers with me (under the old connection, UT seems to oversaturate the 128 upload when 2 or more people are using it at the same time. 256 has it covered though).
        "..so much for subtlety.."

        Gainward Ti4600
        AMD Athlon XP2100+ (o.c. to 1845MHz)

I have 768/768 here. Used to have 1Mbps both ways but Covad couldn't provide it (Northpoint and Rhythms did).

when you get there... check into wirless. i'm running an orinoco usb nic with a 17 db gain bbq grill. shooting 3 1/2 miles . my tower is still on the ground so my numbers are worse than dial up.several in the area suggest 600+ /600+. the signal makes 2 hops befor hiting fiber.

            good luck in your move

Since everyone is posting a 'mine's bigger (or smaller ) than yours is':

2.5 megabits down and 640 kilobits up ($60.00 Canadian)
