...not sure what you want, what for, or how much you want to pay, but I got a Canon Powershot G2 with a 1 Gb IBM Microdrive a couple of months ago. This camera just leaves me speechless using it and working with pics downloaded in my computer. The photos are just superb in every respect. The software, once I cliked into it, is also the best I've worked with. Haven't touched my film cameras since I got it. Buying that camera is one of the best things I have ever done. Awsome...
How can you possibly take anything seriously?
      Who cares?

Well I got the Fuji F401Z because I wanted something small enough to take anywhere, something versatile, and something with picture quality good enough to do 6x4s and sometimes a bit bigger. £350 was the absolute top (slightly beyond actually) of my budget.

I just love the fact that it sits in the palm of my hand, has 3x optical & 3x digital, takes movies (with sound), has a docking cradle for USB transfer & mains charging etc etc etc.

This is a big step up from my MX-700 and so far I'm very pleased. I'm still waiting for an ideal subject for good photos, but I already have a priceless short movie clip of my son being hilarious.

        Enjoy your kits!

Not sure I'm allowed 2.2MB attachments

            It'll do up to 45mins on a 128MB SmartMedia Card! (~13.5 mins @320x240).

I bought a Canon Powershot A-40 a few months back and I haven't had any reason to regret it yet.
