    Why not just set IE to deny cookies from all sites except those that you specifically list? That's what I do, and I currently have exactly 17 cookies.

    It's all on the "Privacy" tab in the Internet Settings dialog.

      I've been doing that for years. This prog doesn't dynamically deny cookies -- it tells you each cookie's ingredients, how many cookies you've eaten, etc.
